There are Many Cons of this Company. Please do not join this and ruin your career and get conned by biggest conman . 1) Night Shift Working 2) You will be expected to attend meeting before and after working hours, if you are not attending you will be called out names in front of all company. 3) Daily Standup- Total time waste of more than 30 mins during starting hours of work. Actually, dreaming of moon but doing loud mouth work in actual. 4) Lunatic Ceo who calls himself founder. Worst leader you can ever have. One thing you can learn from him is how not to run your business. This man knows nothing about construction, it's system, procedures. 5) Lack of SOP, Hierarchy and roles definition. You may end up doing entire company's work from Accounting to engineering apart from your role and will still listen F**k F**k on daily basis . 6) Immature Hiring and promotion. 7) Inexperienced Team and Leadership. 8) Total Loss making Company . 9) All projects wrong costing done and later you will be held Responsible 10) Entire Company runs on WhatsApp groups. Once you join you will be getting mental peace is not guaranteed but atleast 100 WhatsApp group that is guaranteed . 11) Unethical business practices, Employee firing happening on WhatsApp with no severance. 12) Weekend Working. 13) Highly incompetent Accounts team. This is a major red flag. 14) You won't be given your hard earned Night shift allowance. 15) Forced to work from office for a which can be done from home since the Projects are in USA, So technically no physical presence is needed office but HR and upper management don't want you to save your money . 16) Appraisal will be twice a year but only for those who are elite favorite club member of So called Frauder . Sorry Founder I mean. 17) Atleast 3 Months Delay in FnF Settlement. 18) Company struggling financially and struggling to make payment for basic needs. 19) Furious and unhappy clients. 20) Experienced people are not listened and downplayed by Founder. 21) No thinking behind Company decisions. 22) HR - Dont know what they are doing. 23) Please be prepared for shifting to atleast 3 different location for office as they shift office frequently. If you do not agree you will be forced to resign. 24) Half of the company was sent on leave without pay to reduce losses but within a month mostly were recalled. Then why sent people on LWP on first place. 25) Company Culture is Gutter. 26) Too Much Politics. 27) US construction won't help in career growth. All in all a Kirana store runs better than this Company.
