Pros
Incredible work-life balance; great culture; beautiful office (which has since been sold); and meaningful work.
Cons
For a short stint they brought on a CEO that was not in tune with the workplace culture and who ended up firing a lot of the staff. It was a sad time during that brief window when this CEO was there. Luckily that CEO was at the office less than a year.
