Pros
Support and relationship between team members are very great and tight. Even though there is diversity in age and experience, everyone is open to the ideas and the feedback from others. No matter if you work together on the same project or not, people are always there and willing to be helpful, which makes work easier and more fun.
The mentor system is a nice way to improve yourself both as a mentor and as a mentee, and also enhances the feeling of support by providing a new channel to get feedback and ideas from your colleagues. It also gives you a feeling of being heard,
Club days, the bi-weekly Fridays, on which you do not work on a project, but on something new that you want to learn, are a great way to actually spare some time and learn new skills. It takes away the pressure of creating extra time to spend on learning new things away, as well as giving a little push to learn and improve, when you have a training budget, that you can spend on anything you want to learn.
Getting a bonus yearly, depending on the company's overall profit, is a great addition.
Also the quarterly company events are delicious.
Cons
At the beginning, since everyone works on different projects, it might be difficult to make a connection and bond with your colleagues, other than Club Days and the colleagues with whom you work together on the same project.
Even though compensations and benefits are great, compared to some competitors, they can be improved.
