There is unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. Offensive and explicit remarks are frequently made by both staff and leadership. There have also been instances of inappropriate behavior from leadership toward employees, such as sexual advancements. Employees are discouraged from expressing opinions or contributions because they are nobody to have opinions. Reports of misconduct are brushed off, and little to no action is taken to foster a respectable work environment.
