Pros
I had a really great time at LIFENEST and one of the key areas that make working here so substantial was the support that you get from your managers and CEO. They are always there to help you improve and make the best out of you. Come with an open coachable mind and you will learn the finer details of Sales and of becoming a professional. Supporting this would be the fantastic colleagues you get to work with who are also always there to make your job smooth sailing. They are also fun and make the working day light-hearted but get down to work when the time comes. You will be able to work with a group of high calibre of graduates who are all looking to make their mark. Of course, there is the office which is situated at 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin) and the office provides a stunning view of London which you will be gazing into and provides a relaxing atmosphere to do your job. Many companies have micro-management but the managers here and the CEO himself will entrust in you to do what you think is right. Communication is always open and nothing will be taken as criticism. The CEO is there to help you so just talk to him! Not many companies will give you this opportunity! And lastly, the company and CEO wants YOU to be included in everything. After work drinks and company events are always a great time out provided by upper management and is a good time to bond with everyone. Stimulating and Fantastic Group of People would be my summary for LIFENEST. Would recommend!
Cons
Very few cons but this is a review and is here to provide light on both parties: - Pay day was more often than not delayed and didn't have a concrete schedule. Only by a few days nonetheless. - Lack of Company provided supplies such as Laptops and Work Phones. Prepare yourself by bringing a laptop on your first day. Your contacts will get flooded with new clients too. There was/is plans to mitigate this. - Internship Pay in your first month is poor. Work hard and get some sales in your first month and you will make a really good wage however!
