- Continous changes in strategy; sr. management making really unlogical choices only driven by "quick money". - Base salary is just ridiculous and doesn't allign with industry standards ( and literally impossible to live with it if you live in London). - Inexperienced and incompetent management, been told by my manager to "send any cv, even bad ones" to my client. - Bad drinking culture. - Completely difference experience depending on which team you happen to me. - You don't have the possibility to express your opinion.
