- Good and consistent training for entry-level consultants, giving them the right tools to do well - Commission structure - Clear career progression
Cons
- Very low basic salaries compared to other recruitment firms - Culture has changed massively since joining, which is a shame - "People first business" false they are a business first business and should be upfront about it - Letting great employees go due to following market trends and restructuring - Micromanagement: getting your activity emailed out every week on whether you hit target or not - Good human ethos is laughable (as someone said before) - EOT feels more like a trap than a good thing
