      Good hours and nice office space

      Cons

      Micromanaging at its finest. Way too many people in charge, terrible training. Processes vary by office, and are supposed to be universal. Very disorganized and basically a facade compared to what they say they are.

      Pros

      LHC group is a good company to work for. They offered training and support from management. I would say a solid company culture from my experience. I felt supported and checked on by my team.

      Cons depend on the agency you work for. I had a good experience with my location and team.
