LGM is a growing CDMO and API supplier that is focused on the right things, their people, their clients and quality. The interview and onboarding process was smooth. They are very transparent with information and communicate very well from top to bottom. The CEO and the rest of the leadership team is very approachable and open to new ideas. It is a great place to start or grow your career.
Cons
As the company grows they are rapidly improving all of their systems. This takes time, so there are glitches now and then.
