Pros
The benefits here are as to be expected from a big tier 1 employer, nothing extraordinary. Free lunches on the weekends are nice.
Cons
I cannot wrap my head around the Korean culture and our obedience to our big brother plant in Korea, we have some very intelligent people capable of making game changing decisions (for the better) that are not heard due to our allegiance to the Koren plant and our tyranical management. High turnover is poor attitude derived from this.
