Pros

Decent benefits once youre hired in (but you will remain a temp for much longer than necessary because they prefer disposable workers).

Cons

The upper management is a good old boys club that will throw anyone under the bus to protect itself. During my year and some change there I watched multiple people take the fall for errors made by upper management while certain favorite employees (due to personal relationships non work related) who were clearly subpar continue to fail upwards while losing the company money. During several points in my time there my partner in my department and I were unable to do our work for weeks on end due to essential parts not being ordered in a timely fashion. We would get pulled into the lunchroom and told we were on 12 hour shifts starting that same day with no advanced notice to make arrangements for kids, family, etc. The production supervisors are both spineless and moody and will take it out on their workers (and I would often see leaving several hours early or taking a long lunch and coming back clearly inebriated). The HR person is completely unavailable at best and incompetent at worst, acting annoyed when you come to them with a question or issue (which once brought to their attention may or may not even be addressed). Literally the most disorganized company I've ever worked for.
