      Pros

      There are zero pros to working for a company that discriminates against employees based on their gender.

      Cons

      - Female employees are paid less than their male counterparts for doing the exact same work. - Women are treated as if they are incapable, ignored, and disrespected by management. - The work is brutally demanding, with no real support or appreciation. - Even men are burned out and stuck, since there are no clear paths for growth or development. - This place offers nothing but stress, disrespect, and dead ends.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, coworkers are collaborative, the projects are exciting, they will develop you quickly, and they let you know how you’re doing, and compensation is fair

      Cons

      It’s very fast paced. They are going to push you, and you will work long hours some days. Sometimes I feel like I am left to deal with poor decisions that upper management makes.
