Culture: hands down the most respecting and caring company in regards to their employees and bettering the lives of everyone around them. Always doing business the right away. Growth: as a small company, LEL creates new goals and shatters them yearly in several different verticals that they operate in. Challenges: LEL challenges it's employees to become the best at what they do and gives all the resources necessary to do so. Learning from the best: Learn each day from a successful entrepreneur at the helm, industry leading sales teams, and a support staff that is second to none. Balance: LEL is always reminding employees to your family and personal well being before all other things which leads to employees wanting to come to work every day for the right reasons.
Cons
As the company grows, it opens up more doors for better benefits, 401k matching, etc. It's far from your classic corporate benefit structure, but LEL compensates/treats it's employees well nonetheless.
