      Pros

      Very busy and great experience if interested in law enforcement. Freedom while working and pride amongst coworkers. The department is one in which everyone has each other’s back and it shows in the team work.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible based on the amount of work and responsibility. The hours go down in the off season if you are not full time. Not many full time spots. And even if full time the pay is not enough for anyone not living at home.

      Pros

      - Not too hard of a job-when it comes to lifeguarding -Access and discounts for LEGOLAND, great if you have friends or family with kids -Delicious food w/decent discount

      Cons

      - Management is VERY hierarchial, hard to establish relationship with coworkers and bosses due to the sheer size of the Aquatic division at Water Park - Hard to get recognized for good work, recognized for errors based on communication issues from management -blamed for errors due to communication issues from management -A good walk from parking lot to water park
