      the co-workers are sometimes friendly

      Cons

      rude manager, co-workers do not move around much leaving 1-2 employees most of the work load and the pay is nothing compared to the amount of work you are assigned

      - Not too hard of a job-when it comes to lifeguarding -Access and discounts for LEGOLAND, great if you have friends or family with kids -Delicious food w/decent discount

      Cons

      - Management is VERY hierarchial, hard to establish relationship with coworkers and bosses due to the sheer size of the Aquatic division at Water Park - Hard to get recognized for good work, recognized for errors based on communication issues from management -blamed for errors due to communication issues from management -A good walk from parking lot to water park
