      - Learn new and effective technologies - Good engineering mindset -- learn and implement best practices for every and each element within a project - Colleagues have similar mindset, very chill people, and easy to get along

      - Remote location - Owned by Dormakaba, but as an engineer, not a lot of direct interaction with Dormakaba - Employment benefits could be better
