Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we respect that every employee's experience is unique, many of the claims in this review are factually inaccurate and do not reflect the reality of our organization.
LEFCON has been in business for more than 26 years and employs over 80 people, including more than 65 professionals in technical roles. The characterization of "a handful of techs" supporting hundreds of properties is simply untrue.
We also strongly disagree with the assertion that properties are onboarded without documentation. Documentation is a critical part of our onboarding process, and we work directly with clients to review, verify, and maintain that information. Likewise, the statement that our technicians cannot engage Marriott, Hilton, or other vendor support channels is incorrect. Our teams regularly work with brand support organizations, vendors, and third-party providers as part of resolving client issues.
As a managed services provider, helping clients solve problems is an important part of what we do. When a hotel loses connectivity, a PMS system fails, or a guest-facing technology issue impacts operations, our clients expect us to respond quickly and effectively. That responsibility comes with pressure, but it is also the nature of the role and the reason our clients trust us with their operations.
We also disagree with the claim that there is no training. New employees participate in a structured onboarding process, and we provide ongoing access to training, certifications, and professional development opportunities. Like any technical career, growth requires initiative, but the resources are available to those who choose to take advantage of them.
The suggestion that employees are not appreciated is equally inconsistent with the culture we work hard to build. We maintain an employee recognition platform, host multiple company events throughout the year, provide opportunities such as tickets to local sporting events, and regularly recognize team members for their contributions. We know appreciation matters, and we invest significant effort in demonstrating it.
No company is perfect, and we continuously work to improve. However, many current employees have built long careers here, and several former employees have chosen to return to LEFCON after gaining experience elsewhere. We believe that speaks more accurately to the environment we have created than a single anonymous review.
