      Great benefits, flexibility, and ability to work from home with some travel

      Cons

      Pretty much every thing else. Dysfunctional leadership at the highest levels, “nothing to see here” and “we know better than you” mentality. So much focus on perception and not enough on impact

      Opportunity to connect deserving young people with opportunities in policy and elected office.

      Cons

      Leadership participated in union busting. Organization has very limited funding sources who have political demands that impact leadership’s decision-making.
