      Learned a lot about how ABA works.

      Cons

      Lack of clear communication about dress code, implication that I had to wear jeans while playing outside with the two year old in summer heat and water features.

      Pros

      Working at the school has set hours and days, lots of the people you work with are wonderful, the kids are fantastic, the work you do is so much fun if you enjoy working in this field, it is a very fulfilling job, you know you're making a difference in these children's lives

      Cons

      The unpaid breaks, holidays and days off can make it hard to budget
