Pros
Breakfasts provided, fresh fruit and gym. Once a quarter a night out, opportunity to relax with co-workers and attend some cultural events. The atmosphere in the office is pretty good, I’ve met few extraordinary inspiring people here with whom spending time is a real pleasure. The situation of the office is a real advantage. Also, the exposure to other cultures is something I admire, multicultural staff allows to experience diversity and discover new perspectives.
Cons
There are not many opportunities of development. You can always upgrade your skills e.g. by online courses but it is not related to your job position. If you are an average employee you can easily stuck in one place with no prospects for progress. If the managers get up on the wrong side of the bed employees will always know about it, unfortunately the attitude rapidly changes. Also, sometimes it looks like managers forget about their employees. They do not respond to emails for weeks, constantly skip weekly meetings without informing, mention some work-related issues to be implemented and never get back to them. They are always very friendly and clarify confusing issues any time you ask but apart from that they sometimes act quite unprofessional.
