Pros
1. learn from different aspects of works as we pretty much do every thing. 2. Managers are nice in general. But they're not able to fight for employee's right.
Cons
1. The company always wants to snatch as much as they can from employees. Reducing employee's benefit/salary without giving a reason or explanation. 2. Deducting 0.5 days salary if arrive after 9:15am in the morning and deducting full day salary if arrive after 9:30am. NO any reason accepted, not even train delay or bad weather condition. 3. No pay for over-time work. 4. Very bad insurance plan and still need to pay 20% ourselves. 5. Salary paid in 2 parts, 80% paid by every week, 20% paid by end of the year as so-called "bonus". But we have to pay 40% tax for the so-called bonus. 6. Sometimes need to deliver package if messenger doesn't feel like to do it. Basically, upper management only involve with anything regarding their own benefits or interests. 7. Robbing employees to make more money
