Great Part Time Job for Special Education Teacher - Special Education Teacher LDA Minnesota Employee Review

LDA offers the opportunity to have very flexible scheduling that can be built around current needs. The rest of the staff are professional and friendly. I feel valued and respected for my contributions to LDA. I find the materials/reports we provide to clients to be extremely thorough. Hourly pay is great.

The only down side I can think of is that some reports take much longer to write than others, but to balance that management is willing to compensate when reports are particularly long.

I love working at LDA. I have been at this agency now for 5 years. I love the flexibility of the job, being able to create my own schedule, and working with a diverse group of people. The agency has gone through changes during my time here, which I see as a huge pro - I think these changes reflect the new vision of the agency and the quality of programming has only become stronger with these changes. I believe the leadership team listens to feedback and is proactive to making improvements where needed and/or expanding and growing based on the strength of a program. I also believe the staff are encouraged to be creative within their programs and to try new ideas, which is another real reason I love the agency.

I think LDA, like any other agency/business has had some growing pains with changes in staff but currently is on a strong path that I am grateful to be a part of.
