Fantastic company to work for - Anonymous employee LCM Environmental Employee Review

There aren’t any you are just a number and don’t care about mental health and will place you put you in the worst hotels they can find it seems

Pretty much criminal company , health and safety is non existent the job is so dangerous but is led by clueless people it’s the blind leading the blind and the salary is laughable who in their right mind would do such a dangerous job for the peanuts you are rewarded with? I wouldn’t even recommend this job to someone who has just got out of prison as I think they would honestly find better opportunities (although they would happily employ you) , customers are lied to and fuel is stolen weekly

Could be a good company to work for but unfortunately management let it down

Management do not listen no matter how they say feed back is important they are staff there who think there untouchable and make you feel like crap if you do not click to there ways. You work hard to do the job in hand but unfortunately the law does not matter to them profit and getting the job done comes before the law shame the company could be a good place to work if Management pulled there finger out and stamped out rouge employees.
