Cons

The owner is rude and not personal at all. The person over education has no clue what he is doing. He cant lead teachers. Hes no leader. Very inexperienced. The owner is intimidated by smart women. Shes cheap and has no knowledge of education. They do whatever for money. To get students in the door.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your concerns with company culture, as we consider that very important at LCI. We work hard to maintain program quality as well as staff and student satisfaction. We value our staff and faculty, all of whom are highly qualified (most have master’s degrees) and many of whom have been with us for several years. The majority of our staff and student comments continue to be positive, but we always welcome feedback and are happy to discuss any concerns that might arise. Please feel free to contact us directly if you’d like to further discuss your concerns.

Pros

The teachers are enthusiastic and treat their students well. Most of the students take the work very seriously and are eager to learn.

Cons

The management of the company is terrible. The place is run like an elementary school prison. The teachers are not treated respectfully by the center director. The curriculum is okay, but the learning objectives don't always match what will ultimately be on the exams. There are a lot of administrative hoops for teachers to jump through that don't benefit best teaching practices. Teachers are not paid for the considerable amount of lesson planning they need to do.
