Pros
Competitive pay, fun work environment, never a dull moment, if you get lucky you get to work with some really great people.
Cons
No benefits, some people do all the work, while others do nothing all day, and the company doesn't do anything about that. Takes 10 years on average to score a full time position. (Which has benefits and paid vacation, etc)
