Pay is not comparable to other institutions for the same roles Pay increases are very minimal

Being a teller at LBS Financial is very consistent and repetitive. After 2 months you will feel comfortable doing most transactions including wire transfers. Management is very nice and encouraging. If you are short it is not a huge deal and extremely hard to get fired. They also give a profit-share check in January giving workers part of their profit every year depending on hours and years at the company.

There may be some branch drama such as some workers not liking each other or gossip. Most members are nice but may be some people that expect you to read their minds during transactions.
