About 250 employees right now and I like that size. It's easy to get your voice heard and we have great benefits. Fair insurance, lots of holidays, and 2pm close every Friday. I really like my colleagues locally and at corporate.

The people you work with day to day are amazing, they do a great job hiring people who are supportive and work hard. Lots of flexibility to make your job your own.

The expectations are high - if you are not a fast paced, self starter who can ask questions to learn, this is not the place for you. If you like having clear lists and tasks, you may find yourself frustrated with the lack of structure.
