      Great workplace environment, comfortable working relationships, excellent benefits

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is I wish they offered 3 weeks vacay to new hires. They start you out with just 2 weeks, but you also get sick days and a few personal days. Not much to complain about!

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
