Pros
Easy installation and test. Staff are trying to be nice. A lot company go out for lunches and birthday celebration each month for employees who have birthday in that month. The pay is good for the job that you do. And for new employee, they will, review you every three month for the first year that you stayed here. If you get good review, your pay will get raised.
Cons
They have a lot of management issues. You can feel it if you stay in this place for a while. Supervisor tend to stay on your tail if you did something wrong, but situation get better after you are staying for a while.
