      Very approachable and supportive management team who value each staff member. LAH offer good working hours/rates of pay and understand the importance of balancing work demands with employees' personal well-being.

      Cons

      I don’t feel there were any cons to working with LAH Property Marketing and thoroughly enjoyed being part of their team.

      -Flexible working -Overtime opportunities -Don't take your job home with you

      Cons

      -No pay rises to reflect your investment/ longevity -No prior warning ahead of April's pay to leaving the Real Living Wage Foundation -No evidence they are interested in employee retention -Must use holiday allowance for bank holidays even though corporate buildings are closed -Toxic work culture - Take zero accountability for broken promises. No apologies, no empathy, no validation, no acknowledgement. -Poor communication
