No feedback. It was difficult to discern my role in the organization. Company divisions are rigid and stagnant with no incentive and significant barriers for interdisciplinary collaboration. Salary is below market.
Very good place to learn, with interessing projects, and good work conditions, compared to the rest of the market. Great place to get some experience.

Salaries are a lot lower than the market value. There are no oportunities for career growth, and your salary is pretty much stagnant from the moment you're hired, with low corrections every year.
