Cons

I am writing this review to share my genuine experience working at this organization, particularly from the perspective of a new joiner. While the company promotes itself as having a positive work culture, the ground reality feels significantly different. One of the major concerns is the expectation of extended working hours. Employees are often required to work late without any overtime compensation. In multiple instances, meetings are scheduled after official working hours, yet there is no acknowledgment, compensation, or flexibility provided in return. This creates an unhealthy work-life balance and adds unnecessary stress, especially for junior employees. Another concerning issue is how new joiners are treated. Instead of being guided and mentored, they are often expected to handle workloads similar to experienced employees, sometimes being treated more like labour rather than professionals in a learning phase. Support, validation, and encouragement for new employees appear to be minimal, which impacts confidence and productivity. During recruitment, commitments were made regarding career growth and increments within six months. However, after completing the promised timeline, management has backed away from those commitments without providing clear justification or transparent communication. This creates a lack of trust and affects employee morale. Additionally, the organizational communication structure seems unclear. When employees approach HR with concerns or queries, they are often redirected to someone else rather than being provided with clear resolutions. This leads to confusion and frustration among employees seeking support or clarification. There have also been statements from senior staff implying that Level 1 employees should work late hours "for their own good," which reflects a mindset that undervalues employee well-being and personal time. While the company may offer opportunities to learn and gain exposure, it needs significant improvement in employee welfare, transparency, and honoring commitments made during hiring. A healthy workplace culture is built on trust, respect, and fair treatment, and currently, there is a noticeable gap between what is promised and what is practiced.
