Pros
First, only one review was done by an L.A. Prep employee, the others were done for a different company called "la prep".
L.A. Prep in Signal Hill isn't perfect, but they try to treat the good employees with respect and reward loyalty. The bad ones get what they deserve, however not soon enough as they keep getting more chances to do damage. Pay is good and I've seen management try to make sure an employee gets enough hours to make a decent living, even if it's "make work".
Cons
Too many slackers get away with murder, brings the whole place down at times. They bad mouth management, but they sure take the paycheck instead of leaving to find out if the grass is really greener on the other side of the fence...it isn't!
