too many rounds with dsa concentration

My Reporting manager in LTTS has been very kind in allowing me a 3 weeks unpaid time-off to visit my Father in India in 2025 to help with a health emergency. I needed to visit twice in 2025, due to 2 different surgeries that needed stents to be put, and both times, the support from management was sincere and earnest. He has also shown care since to enquire about the health of my Father. Also from the perspective of the company itself, they seem to be very flexible on performance expectations since the work is directed by the client company (Meta), and as long as the client is happy - then LTTS is happy. They haven't set any other expectations on top of the client's expectations - which is a big relief.

No real cons in the last one year of my employment. The only mentionable thing is the lack of stock option participation in L&T's stock (in India). They don't have any option to be invested in USA.
