Get Sick = Get Fired - "Empleado de acceso de terceros a la red, luz y gas" L Brands Employee Review

Treats their new people as less than animals. If you miss ONE day in the first week, regardless of if it is beyond your control, you're fired. Doesn't matter if you do a great job, are driven to do your best, follow directions well and everything is looking good as said by the immediate supervisor. I had to miss one day because of blurry/disrupted field of vision in my left eye due to a migraine. Obviously, someone that can't see a forklift in their peripheral should stay home that day (safety!), but management says poor attendance. Building has revolving doors, for more than one reason...
