Pros

No Pros at all and I mean it.

Cons

Poor management. Owners are very dramatic and micro-managers. CFO plays lots of politics(I would not trust a word he says). Literally every executive there is fake and seems so nice until they stab you in the back. Hard work at LA Corporate office goes unrecognized. Owners will literally step on you without thinking twice. They fired the receptionist during the Covid pandemic in May for wanting to work from home. Owners don’t care how much of hard work you put in they’ll fire you in a heart beat. CFO seemed really nice in the beginning until I found the real side of him. Very fake and will use you until he no longer needs you then tells you we decided to let you go. It’s as simple as that for them to fire someone even if you worked so hard for them. The reason I write this is isn’t because I’m mad. I mean this from all my heart I’m glad I’m no longer with them but I just want potential employees to know what kind of company they’re stepping into because I wish someone had warned me before. I also forgot to mention that they refused to pay me my PTO when I left and HR would ignore me when I tried reaching out.

Pros

I cannot think of any Pros

Cons

They offer very minimal training, they do not offer raises, they are sneaky and will adjust numbers to their benefit. LA Insurance also trained me to add an ancillary product known as NSD's to clients auto insurance policy. They are known to use a sales practice known as sliding. This is scamming the client and adding a policy they do not need. This puts your license at risk with DIFFS. Look up the DIFFS complaints against LA you will not find a shortage of them. If you do not sell these "optional" products they will terminate you for it.
