Pros
There are many great people working at Kymeta. The atmosphere is sometimes fun, often serious, but almost everyone is actively engaged in making the company successful. They pack the fridge with staples from Costco so you can eat breakfast and lunch there without bringing food from home. The human resources department works very hard to help everyone be successful.
Cons
There is a profound lack of technical depth in a few key areas. This leads to management second-guessing engineers, general anxiety and fear. The challenges ahead of them are daunting, but they can be overcome through trust, collaboration and teamwork. That is the nature of developing new technology.
