Pros

Because of the high turnover rate, you get to meet new people every day.

Cons

I worked at Kymco USA for 15 years. It used to be a great company until the new "CEO" arrived. Admittedly clueless and unexperienced, she managed to run everyone away to other jobs. Every business she runs seems to fail. Her duties seem to be instigating arguments, creating a hostile work environment, making herself look like a fool and playing victim when it all blows up in her face. I guess these tactics are important when you are trying to draw attention away from the horrible job she is doing. I feel sorry for the few employees that are still there. They are scared to death and beaten down or disposable (her words, not mine) temps. Many attempts have been made to contact OSHA, her superiors and lawyers, but I don't think anyone has been able to follow through yet. I would not go back to work there in a million years. Leaving there turned out to be one of the best things to happen in my life. I am still in contact with half of the people who left or were ran out and they ALL feel the same way. Kymco used to be a good company to work for, maybe it will be again one day when the CEO ( Mandy Chia) leaves. Until then, she prefers young, inexperienced people that will take abuse and bend over backwards to please her. When they eventually wise-up, she fires them and brings in a new batch of victims. I lasted 2 years with her because I thought it was funny seeing everything she attempted to do blow up in her face, but It eventually became depressing. I have recordings of her rants that I made during our meetings and enjoy listening to them from time to time. People always think I am exaggerating about her until they hear her crying and screaming at the employees. Yikes! If job security is your thing, you’d be better off working at Burger King. BEWARE! CEO will throw money at you until that doesn't work anymore. Take advantage of it, you'll need it to live on while you are finding a new job when she turns on you. The people that work there are awesome, but are encouraged to stab each other in the back to get on her "temporary good side". All of the good employees have already abandoned ship. All that’s left are the rats and barnacles.
