      Good starting pay Great year end bonuses Friendly staff and management Time off is almost always approved

      Cons

      When people inevitably call out (and they will), you have to pick up the slack of said people, and if you work at a busy store, you know that’s not always easy. But in retail you have to expect that.

      Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
