Pros
Co-workers tend to be friendly and the job can be fast paced. Management usually treats the employees well. Pay is higher than you might expect with regular raises and profit sharing.
Cons
Depending on the store's staffing level it can be hard to get the weekly hours that you might expect since the store's staffing is strictly budgeted. This also leads to low staffing which makes it difficult to accomplish the daily chores and deal with unexpected issues that might arise.
