You will be over worked and under staffed. You have no work / life balance if your in management. Your essentially on call 24/7. If you express frustrations about your job you get in trouble. There is definitely favoritism when it comes to employees. People who are promoted should not be and people who should are not. They will write you up /fire you if you make the wrong comment, do the wrong thing. They don't try to get to the root of the problem. They also will not pay out pto if your let go. I had over $3000 in pto that I was told would not be paid out.
