Good pay, good workplace environment, positive attitude and energy, good hours for adults, fast-paced environment

Cons

Possibly too many hours for teens, risk of harassment from customers (personal experience), fast-paced environment

Cons

You work hard for your pay check. But if you actuly do what you should, you can advance in the compnay.

Pros

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
