Low pay, low hours. I was working 12 hours a week, making $14 per hour, and expected to be happy that I couldn't afford my bills each month.

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
