Kwik Fit is a terrible company to work for! • No respect between staff • lucky if you get a 10 min break all day • long days with very short breaks and still have to work past closing time • No gloves provided and when we ask for the manager to order some we get grief and shouted at being told “ it will effect our bonus at the end of the month “ All centre manager’s and op’s managers care about is hitting budget for the day which is almost impossible as they are set so high. And if we are struggling to get budget they start to rip off customers by telling them that their car needs things that it doesn’t. I have seen so many loyal and innocent customers ripped off by managers because they have to hit budget. This is disgusting! •Would not recommend any of my family or friends or anybody that I know to come to Kwik Fit as they would most likely get ripped off and not get a proper job done of their car• Overall the company is only interested in profits, regardless of impact on staff. Long hours, no time off and no bonus. In my centre they took the cost of gloves, blue roll tissue, sprays ( basically stuff that we need) off staff bonuses. Never enough people and very much a blame culture.
