Pros
Managers do well and get the job done, I think. Overall from personal experience they do their best to listen to concerns, which is important. Actions can take longer than preferred, but are eventual.
Cons
Coworkers can be difficult, many don't do as they should and get little consequence, so they deem it okay. Communication can often be a struggle.
