      - Great place to learn and grow - Makes you more independent about your work, which is challenging and is great to be honest. - Lateral team structure - Approachable and knowledgeable team members - Your voice and your opinion is heard.

      Cons

      - Relatively slow admin administrative level work, otherwise not much that you can really criticize about.

      Friendly, helpful place to intern. Always easy to contact others for help on projects. Great learning experience

      Cons

      Mostly self-directed. There wasn't much structure to the internship.

      Cutting edge research and technology that is being used to build the product. Management is friendly, young, vibrant and motivating. Good compensation

      Cons

      It is a highly distributed work culture with teams working in multiple cities across Geos. Wish to have more proximity.
