One of the best teams I've ever worked with. Open office environment. Vast mix of disciplines required in development of the product. Fast pace. Free wine breaks. Unlimited vacation policy.

Difficult market to crack. Underfunded for the breadth of product development challenges. Older building. Sub-part facilities. No gym. Messy office. No recycling service.

Many different kinds of engineers working together. Opportunities to work on things you may never have thought you'd get to touch. Everyone carries a lot of responsibility but still very approachable. The number of different technologies and opportunities is amazing (software, web, electronics, mechanical, materials, winemaking (never thought I'd write that), supply chain, manufacturing). Also like the open vacation policy and work trips to Napa, CA can be grueling but fun.

You have to learn fast and be self sufficient, could be a pro depending on your personality. Management wants high levels of ownership. If you like to work on one thing undisturbed Kuvee may not be the best fit.
