Decent culture, better pay in area than competitors weekly pay decent benefits, support from other branches is nice, seems like a place you can grow

Minimal staffing, they try to keep costs down by having as few employees as possible, which in my experience leads to all the employees being burnt out in the extremes. Poor communication, and its a slow process to get anything accomplished
