      Felt I could make a positive impact on children's lives.

      Cons

      Awful management. The incentive for the owner/manager is to give kids as little attention as possible, then have them leave. There is little love put into the business.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
