      - could listen to music while working - nice manager, nice coworkers, friendly light vibe - work was easy~ just marking english/math hw and occasionally helping kids

      - marking can feel repetitive and boring at times - low pay

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
